'What a superb find!This is no gadget.As both my husband & I work different shift patterns, cooking meals everyday is not always practical and we spend a lot of time cooking meals to freeze. Reheating, particularly in the microwave is always a problem as its impossible to gauge when food is hot enough to serve and all to often over cautious reheating leads to the dish being dried out. Not any more I was really surprised to find that our reheated meals were ready to eat much quicker simply because I was able to check the temperature. Cooking different types of meat joints is now much safer - just stick in the probe. As for our fridge and freezer, no longer a problem I can simply adjust the dial to get the temperature right.The wipe clean cards are a brilliant addition.
Whether you are an experienced cook or a novice this piece of equipment is ideal for every domestic kitchen, it is so easy to use, I would say it is the best buy that I have ever made in my kitchen.
Well done for bringing such a simple to use and effective set of tools into my home. I will certainly tell my friends about Heat2Eat'.
